Can I add a sidebar?

  I am thinking of getting the CSS upgrade, if I could possibly do this.

  I am using the Solipsus theme and I would really love this theme if it just had another sidebar. I want to add one to the right side. Is this possible and can anyone tell me how to do it? Thanks!
