Can I add a stand alone page (without any extra widgets, footage…) to my blog?

    Hi folks,

    I have a need to add a stand alone HTML file that I want to put on my blog as a page or post, I want the page has only this HTML file, nothing else.

    Is it possible? if yes, how to do it? Thanks lots
