Can I add a submitable membership form that will collect the info in a database?

  I am a member of a non-profit organization that requires members to fill out an annual membership form. I currently take the information and input it into an excel spreadsheet, but we have grown immensely and this has become a tedious task. I am looking to create a membership form on the website that will collect data into some sort of database once they submit the info. Is there any way to handle that here?

  Thanks for posting!
  This is something that I never tried, but I am 90% sure it will work. Use Google Forms and embed that to your page. The form will collect information and put in an Google Sheet (similar to Excel)
