Since the domain in question is not pointing towards a WordPress.com site, you can most likely utilize Adsense.
If you have any questions regarding WordPress.com, please let us know.
-
No. When you purchase a domain the only thing that changes is the URL. No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.COM is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
WordAds Staff provide support on their site. Please see:

To contact WordAds Staff directly use this link http://wordads.co/contact/Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.COM is not allowed.

http://en.wordpress.com/tos/1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.
NOTE: A self-hosted WordPress site might be right for you. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -
So now i have got 2 different answers from a staff and a member, so whose answer is correct ?
-
so whose answer is correct ?
Both:
Since the domain in question is not pointing towards a WordPress.com site, you can most likely utilize Adsense.
But if the domain is pointing towards a WordPress.com site, you can’t utilize Adsense.
-
They both are.
If you hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.ORG install using this domain URL http://www.sourcedexter.com/ you can run ads on the site.
However, if you map a domain from http://www.seethesource.wordpress.com/ or from any wordpress.COM hosted blog to http://www.sourcedexter.com/ or any domain URL then you cannot run any blogger initiated advertizing on it.

Also, read the info that @timethief gave you (links included):

Here in my case it ‘s just the mapping of a wordpres.COM site to another domain name. So i can’t run any ads of my own. Well, that’s a disappointment.
Anyway, Thanks a lot guys :)

@galois and @timethief are correct.
Adsense is fine for a self-hosted, WordPress.org site, but not for sites hosted at WordPress.com.
However, there are ways you can monetize a WordPress.com site. We offer several options for those who want to generate some revenue, including affiliate links, advertising, and PayPal and eCommerce integration.
You can read more about affiliate links and the types of advertising allowed on WordPress.com here:

WordPress.com Business users can integrate eCommerce features in their site by using one of our eCommerce partners. If you have a store at Ecwid, Shopify, or Shoplocket, you can showcase and sell your products on your WordPress.com site:
