Can I add an admin to my blog who can't change my password?
-
Hi all, my blog has gotten busy enough that I need an assistant to help me with posts. So I want to give admin or editing rights of some kind. However, I don’t want someone to be able to go into the blog and change my password or somehow lock me out. How can I safely do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello I’m also co admin to a blog but I don’t have any rights to get into my fellows account and edit something nor I can remove her from users list but I can delete the blog. Think twice before assigning someone as an admin. You can assign him/her as author or editor too.http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

It is always best to have only ONE admin on a site. The prevents issues such as having an admin get mad and deleting the blog, or deleting a bunch of posts or page or comments or whatever.

Why not just make the other person an editor? Unless you’re changing themes daily, I can’t see that two people would really need admin privileges.
