Can I add an Interactive Map to my blog

I have a travel blog:
and want to add an interactive map which when people click on the country will take them to a page with posts relating to the country.
help please!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m afraid that’s all we can use here, far as I know. Anything interactive works via JavaScript or flash code, and unless it’s something specifically added by WordPress.com the system will strip out that code if you try to insert it.

It was a good try!
Maybe you could organize your posts into categories by country/continent and have them appear in the menu or front page.
Another possible way could be listing the continents with a picture of it and allowing people to click a specific continent.
