  I want to add an on-line chat feature to my site is that possible?

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com doesn’t have an online chat feature like that. If you use a third-party chat service where you can set up the chat on a page on their site, you’re welcome to add a link to that chat page from your site. That way visitors could go from your site to the chat site to chat with you.
