Can I add another blog to my WordPress.com account?

  I have just created a blog on WordPress.com and I wanted to create a second blog. Is it possible to add another?

  I currently have, myblog.wordpress.com and would like myportfolio.wordpress.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well, as soon as a I posted this I deleted a blog to my other self hosted domain and it took me to a page that lets me add another site, https://wordpress.com/sites.
