Can I add any text or links to the error page?

  I am changing the structure of pages on my WordPress.com blog, and I know somewhere someone will have a link to the old structure, so if they try that link a 404 error will result, and they’ll be re-directed to a standard WordPress error page named “Page not found” which says:

  OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.

  It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

  Unfortunately there are no links below that text, just a search box.

  Is there any way I can add some text and links to that page? I have the custom design upgrade.

  Unfortunately on WordPress.com you cannot add custom text to 404 pages. It would be a theme specific feature, but in the filters on WordPress Themes we don’t have this option, so it is hard to tell of there’s any theme with this functionality.
