Can I add different fonts within a paragraph or page?

I have the customized version of WP that allows me to change fonts and background colors, etc.. Is there a way to use different fonts say within one paragraph or page?
I have sometimes wanted to change the look of one paragraph or one sentence, etc., but see no way of doing that with the customize program.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

CSS editing of fonts changes them throughout the blog. If all you want it to change font style, color and/or size on the occasional post or page then you do that as follows in (2) and/or (3) below.
These are 3 ways to change fonts on WordPress.com blogs.
(1) Changing font families, colors and size in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page by coding into the Text ie. HTML editor. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/formatting-text-pt-5/

(3) Changing all font families, colors and sizes throughout the whole blog by purchasing an annually renewable Custom Design upgrade and using Typekit Fonts with Staff support.

Also keep in mind that not all browsers support all available fonts, even fonts that you might otherwise think of as standard (like Georgia), so certain readers coming to your site may see a distorted version of what you’re wanting to post. As you create and edit pages, adding in new fonts, you might want to test the pages on multiple browsers to make sure the fonts are displayed properly.

I DO have the renewable Custom Design upgrade and was hoping there was a way to use that when needed, but apparently not. Guess html is the only way. Thanks

Yes, I know you have the CSS upgrade and in fact that’s reflected in my response to you above above. If you want to edit CSS for fonts in pages/posts every time you want to play with fonts in an individual post or page that’s up to you, but the way to go is posted in my response under (2) and (3) above.
