Can I Add Drop Down Navigation

Hi,
I am wanting to eventually register a custom domain on this site
is it possible to have a drop down navigation on a word press theme, similar to our old site
http://www.freeridenz.com?Can I add this functionality to my current template by inserting some code or will I have to start from scratch with a new template?

If this is the blog you are talking about, http://freeridenz.wordpress.com/ , then no, drop down menus are not possible, and we only have the paid CSS upgrade, which can only change the look of a theme, not the functionality. It is also NOT possible to upload custom themes here.
