Can I add "like" and "share" buttons to my wordpress.com blog?

It seems like WP makes it really hard for non-WP users to “like” and share posts. Is there any way for non-WP users to like a post without having to register for WP?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Anyone can click on the share buttons on your posts and pages without being logged in to WordPressdotcom. They do not need to be logged in to WordPressdotcom
However, Likes on posts and pages are available and unique to logged in WordPressdotcom users only. More here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/
