Can I add my logo to Greyzed theme?

    I’d like to add my logo to the greyzed theme, but want to make sure I can if I upgrade to the custom design option in WP. If I can, how would I do that.

    Also, can I eliminate the add comments option from some of the pages? I don’t want comments available on every page, for instance, the contact page. Thank you,

    Dosha

    You can turn comments off on individual posts and pages:

    I believe you could add a header-logo to Greyzed theme with CSS.
    But I don’t know CSS so am not able to give you advise about how to do it.

    Here are the links to information for the custom design upgrade and CSS editing. Would you like us to flag this thread so it gets moved to the CSS Forum for you?

    I appreciate your answers. I purchased the Custom Design, and have read the tutorial, but still can’t figure out how to add my logo.

    On my site, http://www.zerodojo.com, I would like to replace the standard heading, which now says “ZERO DOJO and underneath mixed martial arts:rockwall tx” with my logo, here: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v135/Dosha/Zero%20Dojo/finallogocopy.png. I don’t want to learn CSS. I just want to know the code to make that one change to the home page, and where to put the code. That’s it. Thank you for any help you can give me.

    You need to revise your header image. Because of the way greyzed is designed with interlocking images, you are limited to about 630px x 168px for a header image otherwise you will not be happy with the results as you would have to “break” the theme in order to put anything larger in the header area. Once you get the image resized and uploaded, post the URL here.

    Resize the image using the height (constrain proportions) and set it to 170px.

    Add this to the end of any custom CSS that you might already have and see what you think.

    #header {
    background: url("http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v135/Dosha/Zero%20Dojo/zerodojo-website.png") no-repeat scroll left 55px transparent;
    }
    #header .description {
    margin-left: -9999px;
    }
    #header h1 a {
    display: block;
    width: 384px;
    height: 160px;
    margin-top: -50px;
    margin-left: -20px;
    text-indent: -9999px;
    }
