Can i add password protected blocks?

  I want to create some content which should be accesible only to users with their login credentials. Is it possible?

  you can only create password protected pages and posts, https://wordpress.com/support/post-and-page-visibility/

  ok thanks!
  But,
  i wrote a blog post and published it, status is protected, then also while i visit site it no password is asked.
  Is it because my blog is public only that post is private?

  If yes! any way around?
