Hi. If you mean inserting new posts to your sidebar, you can do so through the Recent Posts widget:

If you have a couple of Posts that you must highlight in the Sidebar you can make a Custom Menu with your all time favorite Posts and use the Custom Menu Widget to put the Custom Menu in the Sidebar or you can put a Text Widget in the Sidebar with a link to a Post.
