Can I add posts without having them sent my mail to subscribers?

    Hi everyone,
    I want to make a certain change in my website, and add a few posts to the blog. However, there are already some subscribers who receive e-mail notifications about new posts, and if I add many posts, they’ll be flooded by them.
    Can I post a new post without having such notifications sent?
