Can I add 's to menu headers?

  I run a home grown site for an organization that focuses on Deaf education and the use of American Sign Language (ASL). As such, we have a strong need to embed videos in our menus and headers. We’re considering moving to WordPress to handle our CMS side of things and updating news, etc. A major part of the consideration is if we can enable this type of content in a Word Press theme. Is that possible? I am fine with writing Javascript or PHP to accommodate this if needed.
