  I have registered for a talkr accoount. How do I add talkr to my blog?

  On wordpress.com we cannot use embeds, javascripts, most styles or frames. This is because we are on a shared blogging platform and using those would give rise to security issues. Because you haven’t provided a link to “talkr” therefore, there isn’t enough information provided to answer your question.
