Can I add the easy Digital Downloads plug in to my WordPress page

I would like to sell my digital downloads and found Easy Digital Downloads which says I can add to my WordPress. Is this possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Plugins can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
