Can I add the Paypal plugin the to personal plan ($3.99 per month) ?

  I want to have an online store using Paypal for taking payments. Can I sign up for the ‘personal’ plan for $3.99 per month and do this? Thanks

  This is not something that the Personal plan will allow you to do. You might look into setting up a hosted WordPress site using the software at WordPress.org and your own webhost. That will allow you to add the paypal plugin.
