Can i add users without invitation?

  I am having problems adding users. All i can do is add users from community. I am creating an imaginary blog for a project in college i have. I need to create imaginary authors that have power to post and comment in my blog. Please help me as soon as possible.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://ynb080.wordpress.com/wp-admin/user-new.php is not working for me… it redirects me to http://ynb080.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ page ..

  If you are admin there should be an Invite

  Dashboard >> Users >> Invite

  On WordPress.COM you can’t and imaginary users – they all need to have a valid email to accept the invite to your site. Either get some extra email addresses or find a few friends or classmates that will let you “borrow” their email to add users –

  You can add phantoms on self hosted WordPress.ORG installs but that is a completely different animal.-
