  I currently have a website can I add wordpress to my existing website and can those people add to my blog. I can I access my blog and update my blog from my phone

  You cannot add a WordPress.com blog like http://lilianravenclothing.wordpress.com/ to an existing website, although you can LINK to it. You CAN add software from WordPress.ORG and start a new blog over there.

  “can those people add to my blog.” That depends on whether you allow them access. Instructions for WordPress.org blogs are over at WordPress.org.
