  Dear all,

  I would like to customise my blog with new PHP Files, CSS Files, JS Files. I already have my own domain .
  Do I need to subscribe me as a Premium? Or is it possible to do it by myself?

  You’d need to self-host your site in order to have access to that level of customization, where you’ll run the WordPress software on your own hosting.

  WordPress.com (no matter what upgrade) does not give you access to editing PHP and JavaScript files.
