Can I assign posts to a page?

  Refering to the post about assigning a post to a page: ( https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/can-i-assign-posts-to-a-page?replies=10 )
  The question was if its possible to assign a post or posts to a specific page, and the answer is YES! It is possible! I was unaware of this setting in the wordpress admin page, but came across it this morning!

  Under the Settings > Reading tab, there’s a heading “Front page displays” where it will give you options to choose from your Existing Pages, a page on which the posts should be displayed and the front page of your blog! (Which you may also choose from a list)

  Most people that ask about assigning posts to a page, are talking about assigning these 8 posts to this page, and these 10 posts to that page, and these other 4 to that page over there, etc., not about just setting a new page for all their posts to be displayed on.
