Can I automatically approve all comments?

  I’d like to allow comments to be posted without approving them. Don’t see a way to do that.

  What you are requesting is not a wise thing to do. Are you ware that over 80% of all so-called comments submitted to WordPress.com blogs every day are actually spam? Are you also aware that posting spam comments has genative effects on your blog’s authority and pagerank with the search engines?

  That being said, this page > Settings > Discussion
  Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments and here’s the link so you know what options you have http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/

  edit 1: “ware” was meant to be “aware”
  edit 2: genative effects” was meant to be negative effects
