Can I autopopulate posts from one blog to another?

  I recently made the switch from my old public hosted .com wordpress blog (This one,) to a self-hosted site for more adaptability, customization, etc.

  I recently looked at the stats of each, and though I love the function and appearance of new http://www.fineartforbodies.com in its new custom template, theme, presentation, content management, etc, the old tariqsabur.wordpress.com just seems to perform better! (I would assume this is due to blog networking, wordpress.com’s SEO, and so on.)

  I am no updating the self-hosted site more often, but in order to keep traffic, I was wondering if it is possible to make my posts, (and ideally, pics!) from one blog populate into the other?

  Do you guys know of any embedded or simpler way to do this?
