Can I backup a wordpress site without deleting/changing the old site?

    Hi. I want to copy everything (possible) fr my current site jalapenoarmycp.wordpress.com to a new site I am creating ( jalapenoarmyOFcp.wordpress.com ) but I don’t want any of the content from the old site to be deleted or changed. Basically all I want is to copy it. Thank you.
