can i backup my website yesterday situation, because i lost my 'gallery'

  i update today my website, pictures in my Gallery. I dont know what happened, all pictures in my gallery lost. Can i get my pictures back ?

  Hi, the images that you added to your gallery widget should have been uploaded to your Media Library. To view them, go to your WP Admin -> Media -> Library.
