Can I become an affliate?

I am interested in placing a link for WordPress on my website. Is it possible to do this and earn revenue?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please read http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/ very carefully.
1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.
The only advertising program at WordPress.COM is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/No blogger initiated advertising for driving traffic to third party sites is allowed. PPC is not allowed. Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.COM are not allowed.
Here’s what gets a blog suspended:

WAIT! This site http://paleobound.com/ is NOT hosted by wordpress.COM and we do not provide support for it.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin.
You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

I have been a member of WordPress.com since September 21, 2015, when I launched my website. I am interested in becoming an affiliate with WordPress.com not WordPress.org.

Sorry, after checking it is WordPress.org. I was confused since it said we were a member. Thanks for your help in this matter.
