  Can I block a person who keeps commenting on my post

  Hi shalom2t,

  You can block this person by adding them to your Comment Blacklist under Settings > Discussion. Here’s how:

  It’s not possible to block anyone from seeing your site if your site is set to public, but you can blacklist someone from commenting on your site. To do that, go to Settings ->Discussion and add their username and email address to the comments blacklist section. Unwanted Comments and Comment Spam
