Can I blog in 2 or more languages with a simple button to switch between them?

  I would like to have a blog with a toggle to switch from french to english and back on every page so that i can blog about the same things in the two languages. If not perhaps a button on a homepage giving an initial choice between the two languages to anyone reading my blog
  oh! and can I stop it snowing around the world?

  Hi. You can’t have a “language toggle” button on WordPress.com like you are describing. The following thread gives some alternatives:

  In response to your second question, here’s how to turn off snow on your computer for all WP.com blogs:

  To disable it just on your blog, go to Appearance > Extras and select the snow feature.
