Can I build a concept website before choosing a plan?

  I would like to get to know WordPress and build a concept website, before I subscribe to a domain and hosting plan. Is that possible?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure what you mean by “concept site” exactly. Can you tell us more about what you are trying to set up? Do you happen to have any sites (does not have to be WordPress) that you are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate?

  Since I am not familiar with WordPress yet, I would like to see if I can build a website to my liking before going live with a subscription.
