Can I build a website for a boutique?

  Can I build a site for my partner’s boutique? I (we) will NOT be selling items on line from the site. It will be a place customers can come for hours, prices, about Christine & Christine’s, upcoming events at the shop.
  The shop offers personal sewing services, clothing & accessories we have made or made by other local artisans.
  We, Christine and I also sell some select pieces of vintage clothing.
  I have begun a site http://christinescouturierboutique.wordpress.com/
  If everything is okay with WP policies, I will purchase a custom domain.
  AGAIN, we will NOT be selling items on line from our site.
