Can I build a website on WordPress on Personal Plan?

  I am planning to purchase the Personal Plan.

  I would like to know if I could build a Website and host it on WordPress with this plan.

  I want the below features:
  1. Create Home Page, About Page, Details Page, Product Page, Contact Us page using WordPress builder
  2. Host it on WordPress
  3. Edit the website design, colours, font
  4. Add images to the website etc

  Please let me know if all these are possible in the Personal Plan.
