Can I build a website with WordPress?

  Does WordPress offer website building that I would own. Some builders I had hired for a customer built a ‘first page’ site using Yoast plug-ins. Am I in the wrong area of WordPress?
  Where do I start if I want to build a website using WordPress? I currently started with Go Daddy who owns the site you build. I want to build a template to use for multiple customers across the U.S.

  It sounds like you need to be at WordPress.ORG. WordPress.COM is a site for private or professional blogging, but doesn’t allow ecommerce or “a template to use for multiple customers.”
