Can I built this type of website using wordpress

    Hey, Hy Guys I going to build a WordPress website for a restaurant. I know I can build simple pages and designs but I thought of some advanced-level functionality below, can you suggest me can I do that.

    • I want to have a functionality where customers can add their name and birthday, anniversary dates, and automatically they will receive messages on their day with wishes and special offer from them.
    • Customers can choose an item or menu for a party and according to menu selection, they will get customized quotation(per head rate)
    • Automation messages about upcoming events, and ongoing offers.
    • And Suggest what more advance features should I use?
