  That domain is still registered, meaning the owner still wants to keep it. The changes the owner is willing to sell his domain to you, are slim.

  @gerryreyes50 – That the domain is not available, don’t let that stop you! There are a couple of other ways to look at this…

  1. Is there a slight deviation of this domain available for sale that might work? So 49ersnews.com isn’t available, how about the49ersnews.com?

  2. Alternatively, could one of these other domain “TLD”s work for you? https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/

  For example, how about 49ersnews.football or 49ersfootball.news?
