Can I buy Basic Maths Theme for Use on Site Hosted Somewhere Other Than WP?

  I have a website with a URL elsewhere – not through WordPress. I was looking to buy Basic Maths and activate it on that website but it seems it won’t let me unless it’s through a WordPress-hosted site. Is this true? Help? It made me choose a blog URL below but that’s not where I want to put it. I want it at bridges4kids.org/wordpress

  There is no download link provided on the detailed theme description page under Stats and Infoand that means that there is not version for WordPress.ORG software as yet.
