  I want to buy a premium design ‘ https://wordpress.com/customize/abc.wordpress.com?nomuse=1&theme=premium/organization ‘ without modifying website structure in a free wordpress account. Is it Ok? Because in sample play, I see the sample web page’s structure is different from one’s base premium design. Thank in advance any afford.

  You can either use the dashboard link you mention or go to https://wordpress.com/themes/organization/ where there is a link to buy and activate the theme on your site. Make sure you apply it to the correct site.
