Can i cancel my account before free trial expires

I want to cancel my account completely before my free trial expires but can not find how to do it. I have followed directions given but still can not cancel.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access the Store.
From Details and Terms:
You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.
You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.
We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.
You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.

When get to myupgrades nothing shows up. There is no cancel option. What am i missing here???

thanks. it says no staff available till sep 23 at which time my free trial will have expired and i will be charged. i did just delete my site but still cant find any cancel icon for myupgrades which is what i was told to do. will that assure me of zero charges to my credit card??? this is frustrating to say the least.

Staff does monitor these forums. There is a modlook tag on this thread so someone will respond. Just subscribe so that you’ll be notified when someone from staff checks in. We volunteers cannot help with this, but just be patient. Staff will make it all copasetic.

I don’t see any trials under your account. Did you start the trial under a different account?

Yes i had originally signed up for the upgrade to yourwaydoula.com instead of the yourwaydoula.wordpress.com. But I can’t get any other account login other than the wordpress one. I just want to cancel all of it.

That domain is definitely not in our system, and I don’t see any trials under that blog or your account.
It looks like you have nothing to worry about. :)
