Can I cancel my domain and get a refund? It said i can with in 48 hours of purchase.

Yes, domain registrations can be refunded within 48 hours. You need to contact WordPress.com in order to get a refund. You will need to confirm it with them.
Posting multiple messages to the Support forums won’t be useful to you, particularly as volunteers here cannot refund your money. :-)

There is a link to the contact form there. Be aware that you have to enter a search term (such as “domain”) into the search box & hit “enter.” When the response expands at the bottom of the page, click “no,” saying that the response didn’t answer your question, and the contact form will appear at the bottom of the page.

The contact form is saying that it’s closed for the weekend. You will need to email them.

If you posted here within the 48 period allowed for requesting a refund then don’t be concerned. Staff are backlogged and when they confirm you posted here you will get your refund.

If you haven’t an email from them, you can simply contact them via the contact form when they reopen after the holiday weekend. Reference this thread.

so customer support is always closed then, i thought they have 24/7 support as they claimed on their webpage. I want a refund for the domain i purchased and they are closed so they will not be able to process. Now, talk about good customer service!
