Can I cancel my refund?

    Hello,
    I canceled my account last night, Can I stop my cancel process or I need to should I renew my plan when I receive my money back?

    Hi there,

    The refund has already been processed on our end and you should receive that in 5-7 business days. What I can do is send a manual payment for both the Business Plan and domain subscription that you can use to repurchase. Please confirm that those are the upgrades you want to restore, and we’ll get that manual payment sent over to you.
