Can I cancel my WordPress website subscription without losing my domain?

  Less than four hours ago, I transferred my domain and purchased a subscription for a WP website using that domain. However, I am not happy with the WP website. Can I cancel my subscription without losing my domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, we can help you with that. Please tell me which domain was registered. There aren’t any domains or upgrades purchased on the account that you’ve used to contact us from.

  Sorry I didn’t get back to you here. I didn’t understand your instructions and sent an email immediately after getting your reply. I do not need help with the blog mentioned above but with the website subscription applied for on Monday, March 8th. That’s the one I asked to cancel four hours after it was applied for. Domain name used to apply was: LOISJFUNK.com.
  I would appreciate your help in canceling the NEW website subscription.

  Fabulous, we’re glad you’ve got it. It does sound like perhaps you just needed to be logged into another account.
