Can I cancel the 'No Ads' for my site?

  You sent an email stating that No Ads will automatically renew in 12 days – Your message also contained the following statement:

  “If you would like to verify that your upgrade has been renewed or would like to disable automatic renewal, you can do so under Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard.”

  However, there is no obvious way to disable automatic renewal on the ‘My Upgrades’ page. This page also states:

  “You can use the “Cancel” button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.”

  However, there is no ‘cancel’ button visible anywhere!

  I think you should clarify this information – and please can you cancel this upgrade?

  I am not seeing any upgrades associated with this WordPress.com user account. Could you have another WordPress.com user account? What is the URL of the site that has the No Ads upgrade?
