If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available. If so then you can change the URL by using this guide

To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

If you are into fiddling about with font families, sizes and/or colors on each and every post you make by using the Text editor (HTML editor) then you can change it in the body text in posts and pages. But for changing font families, sizes and/or colors in Titles and widgets you need to purchase an upgrade.
These are 3 ways to change fonts on WordPress.com blogs.

Can i use apps like pages by Apple or something like that to edit the post and then upload to WordPress?

You can write your post in any software you like and then copy it to the post editor but be aware lots of word processors will add extra formatting that you might not want so it’s worth checking out the Microsoft Word support page for tips on how to avoid this.
