Can I change a blog’s name and domain?

    I would like to change the name & domain of my blog now that I’ve figured out what I want to do with it. For example, I’d like to change it from yourgrandmother.wordpress.com to something like insideout.wordpress.com (assuming the new name I choose isn’t taken, of course.)
    Can I do that? Can I move all my entries and settings right over to a new domain or do I have to start from scratch?

    You cannot change the URL of your blog. Simply go to http://wordpress.com/ while logged into your account here and create the new blog. Once it is created, you can export your stuff from your current blog and import it into the new blog.

    You can change the name of your blog but not your domain.

    Name change: Dashboard => Settings => General

    You do can create a new blog with a new domain though, then you can export your posts etc from your old domain and import it in your new domain.
    Export/import: Dashboard => Tools
