Can I change a paid theme

  Hello.
  After some customization, I have came to suspect that the theme i purchased is not optimal for my needs.
  Is there a possibility to replace the theme i purchased with other theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  No problem. There are 2 options. I can remove the premium theme and issue a full refund, since we are within the refund window. It will take up to 10 days for the funds to reach your account.

  The other option is that I remove the premium theme from your account and issue your refund via credits. I’d add 125 credits to your account that you can then use immediately towards a different theme.

  Let me know how you’d like to proceed.

  Hi, Thank you for this reply. we have tried our best to keep adjusting the theme but it does not work for us.
  we would like to get a full refund, please.
  Can you please advise how can this be done? Thanks
