can i change any page into a blog page.

  i have the yoko theme.
  the home page is a blog. i have other pages that are static
  can i have a static home page (an option i have found), but still have a blog page??
  can i change any page into a blog page?
  if not,
  or, is there a way to search for other themes that have a static home page and include a blog page for multiple comments.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, absolutely.
