can I change blog title?

  I’d like to change the title and tagline of my blog without losing existing followers. Can I do that?

  You can make this change. Just login to your WordPress admin. Then locate the Settings menu and go to General.

  You’ll be able to change your site title and tagline there. Be sure to save changes!

  why cant I do this, this is fucking rediculas that I cant change a stupid title, it even said when I made it that; “don’t worry you can change anytime” which is why I’m so pissed right now! I cant change the shit for nothing, even with the wordpress help. AND YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR THIS SHIT!!!
