Can I change Blogroll order by favorites?

I am looking for a way to re-order the Blogs I Follow by preference. Currently, my blogroll orders by the date that I started to follow but there are a few blogs that I comment on regularly and feel I’m part of a community. I would like those to have priority on my blogroll. I’ve looked at the Links Widget support page as suggested and other sources but it’s not helpful. The list widget categories are automatically chosen but I don’t understand how to use those categories to re-organize my choices. It seems to address something totally different to what I’m looking for. FYI- I am at a beginner level. Thanks
